Jen began her career at the age of 16 as a dishwasher at Union Hall Inn in upstate NY and never looked back as she knew that this would be her path from a very young age.Early on she worked at Glen Sanders Mansion in Scotia NY and also spent time in Saratoga Springs and Malta NY, working at the beloved Chez Sophie bistro.
In 2012 she relocated to Honolulu , Hawaii, her positions there included Jr Sous Chef at the prestigious Pacific Club , she helped open and was Sous Chef at the popular Chinatown eatery FETE, as well as Chef de partie at the exclusive Vintage Cave Restaurant in Honolulu where she learned from some of the best working under French Laundry trained chefs. During her time there she also had the pleasure of cooking for then President Barack Obama and the First Lady.
After relocating to Charleston in late 2016 she worked as Sous Chef and kitchen manager for Thurston Southern a boutique catering company in Charleston SC.
